CERTIFIED B CORP

How can one tiny little vacation property be a BCorp?

Every decision we have made considered the environment first. Our stone work is natural stone from Muskoka, the gardens are pollinator friendly, we collect and measure food waste, we recycle, we encourage less plastic packaging for our guests. We collect and use rain water for our gardens, our sprinklers are timed and are sensitive to the rain. We have an EV Level 2 charger, way to many house plants, we use only cotton linens, we have upcycled where we can, we support local, we are woman owed, we are celebratory of diversity in any form.  We set benchmarks each year for improvements We love people, we love the Biosphere we live in and we love the planet We celebrate all creatures, especially the honey bee.. and okay.. puppies also.

SHE MARKS

Woman owned and woman run. That's a paradigm switch that not everyone feels comfortable with yet. When you can prove through reviews and through peer support that what you are doing make sense, it shouldn't matter if its a she/he or they. Yet it still does. We empower other female business owners and we speak a similar language of juggling, pivoting, multi tasking and managing empathy for our business. When you get here you will see the impact of a She Run/She Owned business, and it will make more sense.
